Horiatiki

It is the famous Greek salad, prepared with tomatoes cut into large slices, cucumbers, yellow or green peppers, red onion, black olives, oregano and feta, or the typical sheep’s cheese with semi-hard pasta, very white and rather salty due to the ripening in brine, for a period ranging from two to three months. Since 2002 it has also been obtained the name of PDO product.
