Tzatziki

Greek and Albanian appetizer that is often served with sesame croutons softened with water and extra virgin olive oil, but also lends itself well as a sauce to eat with pita or souvlaki. The important thing is to use Greek yogurt, which being free of the aqueous part (the serum) is denser and creamy than the normal one. The recipe also includes cucumbers, salt, garlic and olive oil.
